Lane4 has extended its service offering to provide a wider organisational development approach for clients. Our new Training and Communications offerings will complement our already successful Consulting and Diagnostic businesses.
Since Lane4 was founded fifteen years ago by Adrian Moorhouse, Professor Graham Jones and Adrian Hutchinson, our Consultants have focused on preparing senior executives and others to lead complex organisational change. Drawing on lessons from performance psychology and elite sport in our work with leaders, we have developed into an international organisation with offices in Europe, the US and Asia Pacific.
Lane4 Consulting partners with senior leaders to shape and drive organisational performance. From Executive Board facilitation to the people strategy in an acquisition, our Consultants work with senior executives and HR specialists responsible for setting strategic direction and leading change initiatives. Our bespoke work focuses on enhancing an organisation’s future performance by developing and coaching its leadership population.
Lane4 Training will extend our reach, cascading deeper into organisations than we have previously operated. Our Trainers will work with manager populations, developing skills that improve team and individual performance, as well as supporting them to implement organisational change at a local level. The new Training Team will also offer team management and effectiveness skills such as delegation, communication and an introduction to coaching.
Measuring the impact of our work at individual, team and organisational level has always been central to our approach through our dedicated Diagnostics Team. Alongside this, Lane4 Diagnostics will continue to develop new product offerings that support clients to develop, assess and evaluate performance across an organisation.
Lane4 Communications will help bring organisational change and learning alive for employees. Whether it is engaging audiovisual materials or energising employee events, the team will develop creative internal communication to help change happen.
