Leading a Resilient Organisation - April breakfast event

13 March 2012

Our April breakfast event was Leading a Resilient Organisation - driving change for the future while performing today

Organisations and their leaders are facing extraordinary levels of challenge and turbulence. Now more than ever, leaders need to create a culture of resilience so they can manage adversity and use it as a springboard for long term, sustainable high performance. Put simply, this entails creating a mindset of ‘change before you have to change’.

At this breakfast, Dr Liz Campbell and Paul Jewitt-Harris explored how truly resilient organisations take a more proactive stance.

In particular they:

  • Identified the cultural routines which are common to resilient organisations
  • Examined the critical role of leaders in developing a ‘resilience mindset’
  • Explored how a culture of ‘productive paranoia’ and fanatical discipline can be a platform for future success

This interactive session attracted an audience of senior leaders and executives. Please contact Ania D'Agostino if you would like to find out more information about our future events calendar ania.dagostino@lane4.co.uk or on 01628 533771.
